1.0.0.a required parameter support #79

As with 1.0.0.9, there appear to be newly introduced configuration parameters in 1.0.0.a that are required by the ABL. This covers figuring out which those are and adding support for them.

This isn't the case; I was stumbling over unrelated problems in the helios build system. Using the sample 1.0.0.9 configuration for Gimlet/Milan, one can build an APCB and image using amd-host-image-builder with 1.0.0.a blobs. The resulting image will boot and apparently work without further changes.

A separate bug might cover any new APCB parameters for 1.0.0.a, if there are any, but they aren't required so I'm closing this as Not a Defect.
