Feature: Paying tribute to the good old days.... #24

As we all love computers since we were kids I thought it's time to come up with something that reflects this love, passion and appreciation for them.... Paying tribute to the ones who deserve....

What kind of change does this PR introduce?

[x] Move the current layout to a theme structure and default to it
[x] Add a C64ish tribute theme and implement a hidden onClick trigger for it (Created by .... contrib....)
