• Added a cursor-hover gradient "glow" effect to highlight the circuit path elements
• Addressed a dev console error "[Violation] Long running JavaScript task took xxms"
• Updates SVG width and height from "auto" to "100%" due to console error

The long-running JS error seemed to originate from the script in custom.js that calculates svg paths and triggers the animation, so I reduced the JavaScript to just calculating path lengths and passed the length to CSS via CSS variables. Seems to have resolved the issue.
