We should consider including "DNP" components to pull the switch's strap pins every which way, or solder jumpers or such, in case we want to change its strap behavior.

Soooo I think I suggested this during the review, but I've become less convinced. Given our crystal circuit and the interface to the SP, there's really only one reasonable strapping for the ethernet switch. So I'm inclined to close this out unless someone objects.
