Consider renaming helios-build `experiment-image` subcommand to `build-image` #149

This is very low priority, but it strikes me that this is not an experiment anymore. Perhaps we should rename helios-build experiment-image to helios-build build-image or something similar?

FWIW, I think you can already just type "image", it's just not apparent from the help output.
