Debugging #7120 would have been easier if oximeter could tell us more about its current producers. Right now, we report only their IDs, addresses, and collection intervals. It'd also be nice to see:
The time a producer was added
The last time it collected from them, possibly with the amount of data
The last time it updated a producer's endpoint information (address or interval, mostly)
It'd be great to see this in omdb oximeter list-producers output, or possibly as a subcommand targeting a single producer.
