point salty dependencies at oxide mirror #39

This mirror is the latest salty release (they don't tag releases upstream but I've verified the hash from crates.io) plus a commit adding zeroize support.

This resolves #35.

Just went back through the cargo book and since Cargo.lock is checked into the hubris repo pinning to explicit commits there isn't necessary. That PR is now closed.
