[x] Fix some typos
[x] Replace checksum by hash
[x] Fix docstring of DataDep constructor. Is it somehow possible to splice that into the dev docs page (to keep it dry)?
[x] Fix headings of index page
[x] Create hyperlink to "what if my data is dynamic" on the index page

It is not. A docstring can only show up in the docs once. https://github.com/JuliaDocs/Documenter.jl/issues/1079

TBH I can never find it either. So I editted the title to add [WIP] Edit it back out when this is done and ready for review
