Don't run integration tests on CKAN demo site #70

CKAN demo site has broken the URL

the gold prices demo dataset is broken https://demo.ckan.org/dataset/gold-prices as the download URL https://raw.github.com/datasets/gold-prices/master/data/data.csv no longer exists as of https://github.com/datahq/pm/issues/264

So lets test against Data.gov
