Fixed:Added on backend for the project #114

I have added on the Backend for the project where the links page is altered by myself which would be convintent for the backend to fetch the data Screenshot 2024-06-02 000259 I have reviewed my code before requesting for a PR My code doesn't affect the contribution guideliness and i have imporved my code reability i don't have any conflicts in my PR request

Successfully added on the Backend and verified in API's(Postman) but the frontend is a uter mess as nothing is working while we click on the buttons please check through it

Only backend is there but I have implemented the URL shortner for the issue that I have been assigned @Swarnendu0123

I didn't want 6000 lines+ changes. It is very hard to review this type of PRs. Feel free to create another PR with<200 lines of changes.

@Swarnendu0123 As I forget to fetch the recent changes of the file it made around 6000+ lines of code can I get one more chance to implement the backend as I have really worked on it for the implementation
