[Feature]: Created Issue forms and made the issue options more visually appealing

• Added Issue Forms to the respective issues to make it easier for the contributor to raise it.

Changes Made

• Created bug_report.yml inside ISSUE_TEMPLATE folder
• and documentation_update.yml
• and feature_request.yml
