Bug Fix: QR code size issue and sidebar sliding animations

Description

--> Sidebar Animations:

Added sliding animation to sidebaar when toggling open and close button

--> QR code large size Issue:

The qr code was taking more size than the page for large size input...
Fixed the display size of qr code to 200x200px .... The increase in size will reflect in the downloaded QR code

--> Vite configurations:

Added host: All property to vite.config
It will help in testing the website across different devices by hosting it on the developers IP address during npm run dev process..
