Migrateing the project to `TypeScript` #1

As we are aiming it for a long term project, let's migrate the project from js to ts. We will get benefits in long term. @krishna-singha @rahulpoonia29 what are your thoughts on it?

Absolutely, this is a good idea to migrating the project from JS to TS.

We could but we'll extra time to be comfortable in TS

If we go with js. When the project will be large it will be hard to manage. Cool we will discuss it in a google meet.

We can migrate to TS then for the new logic
