I imagine something like:

config variable containing the jira ID prefix
config vars allowing to connect to JIRA API
browse commit message(s) , or even MR/PR to find JIRA issue ids
post MegaLinter summary as comment on the JIRA issue(e) :)

Fully support this, nice baseline to start with.

Currently I am doing this with manual labour and when branches are hectic it is really time-consuming.
