Outdated GitHub Actions example #3049

Following the release of PR https://github.com/oxsecurity/megalinter/pull/2957 in v7.5.0, it appears that docs/install-github.md is now outdated in it's example.

This results in the "This file should have this code" section on https://megalinter.io/latest/install-github/ also being outdated and in need of an update.
