Is this happening in the file explorer or when pressing on an association in the home menu?
If it is in the explorer, are you able to view/browse other folders and if so do they have the correct files?
What device are you using and what version of Android is it on?
Another thing that would be helpful to me is if you can send over the logs please. If you go into settings in the home menu, then go to about. There should be an option to save logs to a file. Choose that option and then send them over to me please.
