Receiving File Requests #2

Tested with AetherSX2 only for now. Whenever I attempt to retrieve a bios file using OxShell I get the below error. Benching for now as I've spent about three days on this issue without progress.

There's a writeToParcel function in a class called RecentTaskInfo which might be worth looking into

Latest two commits fix this issue, but only tested with AetherSX2. Closing for now until proven otherwise.
