Tasks:

[x] Update process_records to support hashing
[x] ~Add pre-processing step that generates hashes~
[x] Refactor pre-processing to generate hashes on-demand
[x] Add table formatting for duplicate records
[x] Use the above in the following
[x] rucksack list duplicates --type exact: user, url, type, category, and password all the same
[x] rucksack list duplicates --type updated: user, url, type, and category all the same
