Create Test for provider. #10

Create test cases for the providers to be used. These test cases will then be added to the workflow for the application. 1) Testing the FutureTodoProvider and ItemsProvider. 2) create test cases where it checks if the items are changing as intended. 3) Make sure it autoDisposable
