3 years ago Please check if the Oxygen extension is installed on chrome https://docs.oxygenhq.org/download-installation-start/download-and-installation/recording-troubleshooting Also you need to create a new Folder to start (third button from the left)
I don't know why but the Recording option is not available for me. it looks like the attached screenshout

When i'm trying to click on it, i'm getting the following error:
Unable to connect to Oxygen Chrome extension.
In order to record web sites Chrome must be running and Oxygen extension for Chrome installed & enabled.
Needless to say, that the extension is installed & enabled,
