Added prince Logging #3

Added log options in build.xml to avoud Log Entries in index-id-to-page.js

Without logging prince writes log entries into index-id-to-page.js which leads to a syntax error in the second phase.

I have commented out the log options because moving the output in a log hides the error messages in the oXygen console. I expect you have to fork the project and make your changes on a branch.
