Add ExampleBrowser #10

Adds a simple ExampleBrowser.

UX isn't great (I don't really know Avalonia), but it will be a useful tool for evaluating the Avalonia port (which I need to do before I'm prepared to commit the time to really learn Avalonia).

The Example Library is taken from NuGet: I should look into making that more current somehow.

@worldbeater this isn't meant to replace anything: the two browsers serve different purposes. This one allows us to review the behaviour in a set of common examples, but the existing example browser demonstrates Avalonia specific features. It's the same situation with the OxyPlot WPF provision.
