Thanks for this, it works great once I figured out that the Send from address changes after I fill in the Send to address. I initially saw that Send from said send@reabble.com, so I added that address to my Kindle approved senders. I then filled in Send to and sent a page. I was puzzled why nothing turned up on my Kindle. I might have given up. But then I went back and realized the Send from address had changed, becoming personalised based on my kindle address. To prevent this confusion, I suggest not showing any address in Send from until the user has typed something in Send to.
