2 years ago It's the same as mine. Three identical units, two are ok, one is not. The firmware for the not working unit is newer.
Probably a slightly different version of the protocol.

From SmartAir2 app, you open the AC unit and push the gear icon on top right. In base information you'll fine the firmware version. Mine working is R_1.0.00/e_2.3.12, not working is R_1.0.00/e_2.5.14. Also the third unit, working with a different dongle (different MAC vendor) is using G_1.0.00/e_1.2.03.

Hi everyone,
I have 2 of this models installed,
1 device will probably work, but the other would not work with this adapter. I checked everything but I don’t know what to do.
the only thing what is different is, that the second device is connect by mesh with another FRITZ!Box
if I change the config in homebridge to the second device there is no answer in HomeKit.
