Add goshy as bash script and NixOS program #27

This PR introduces a bash script and a NixOS program for easily uploading a file to a goshd server. It also adds documentation.

Please note that reviewing and merging PR #26 is necessary since it involves a breaking change.

I pushed two commits with changes. @oxzi, could you take another look when you got the time? Also at the conflict in README.md.
