I started adding some basic lethal puzzles in as tests but ended up getting totally distracted by memory usage. Not much interesting in this PR.
Added a MinionMock and CardMock class for custom versions of things
Changed the lookup for base attack, health, mana to use the implemented card instead of copying it for every instance
Cleaned up the list access for FIFO and minion position lists. Added a few tests to make sure whatever list implementation we use actually does what we need.
In the end I only trimmed out a few bytes from the Card/Minion classes but I suppose every bit helps.
