JB: Web Content Views Sometimes Crash TTS #104

1. From Voice Search in JB, speak a query that will bring up web results, i.e. 
one where there is no spoken answer. 
2. Swipe right until the web view is in focus. Speech locks up or crashes for 
10-30 seconds, and no gestures or other commands can be issued until speech 
returns.
