[Talkback] Ringer level fluctuating

1. Platform Version:  4.0.4
2. Application : Talkback from Google play store
2. Issues:  
    On 3 test calls the ringer started normal and then decreased. 
    Was only able to duplicate 3 times while in talk back mode. 
    Once I disabled the talk back mode the ringer was normal. 
    Switched it back on and wasn't able to duplicate again.

3. Expected results and Carrier requirements:
    The ringer volume do not decrease.

4. Step to Reproduce :
    1. Talkback enabled
    2. Receive incoming call
    3. Check the volume

I tested the steps, but couldn't reproduce it. Here is my test environment:

Galaxy nexus JB
Galaxy S3 4.0.4

Could you describe which device you tested with?

Here is my Galaxy Nexus ICS test environment.

* Galaxy Nexus : 4.0.4
* Talkback version :3.0.2 from Google Play Store.
* Setting > Sound > Volume
 Music, Vide, games, & other media : medium
 Ringtone : Max
*Phone ringtone : Girtab
