What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Good morning, while on a call talkback now does speak, thank you for this,
however, talkback is not reading the screen when I explore the screen on my
galaxy sIII. It does say active call but that is all I get from talkback.
Also I tried using the vertual d-pad to flick through the screen same results,
no speach while moving over the phone's screen while in a call. Lastly, there
is no way to dial while in a call do to this bug, I can not get to the keypad
to dial numbers when its necessary. Hope this helps, I even tried to use the
eyes-free keyboards number row but no luck there either.

Okay, this issue happens while on a call with the samsung galaxy sIII US
varent t-mobled branded phone. With out Code factery's "use system call screen
settings" under Moble accessibility settings, under advance when unchecked;
talkback will not read the items outloud when you move your finger around on
the screen away from your face. I tried this when I uninstalled Moble
accessibility was just using talkback. Keep in mind I am using android 4.4 and
samsung 4.0 wiz on my phone. Hope this helps someone who is trying to
reproduce the issue. So, make a call to a bank or phone system, try to
interact with it, no go when your not using speaker to have talkback read out
loud the icons while in a call. There for no way to get to the keypad.
