[TalkBack] Spoken feedback from both input and accessibility focus #133

Note the following issue is most noticeable with a very responsive TTS engine 
such as ESpeak.

1.  Install the latest Talkback beta on a Jellybean device with a built-in 
hardware keyboard. In this instance, I am using a JB port for the HTC Vision.
2.  Open a program which permits navigation via the D-pad such as K-9 Mail's 
message list.
3.  Arrow up and down the list.

I expect to hear only one focus event.

What happens is that I hear speech for the newly focused item with the arrows, 
and a split second later the accessibility focus changes to the same location, 
stops the first bit of speech, and repeats it.

Ideally, TB should keep the two focuses in sync, but I have no desire to hear 
the speech resulting from the second focus-- just the first.

This should be fixed in a recent beta release, but can you confirm which 
version of TalkBack you are using?

i am using Talkback 3.1.4 beta 3. I reported the issue when running beta 
2. The behavior is unchanged.

This bug can be closed. Talkback 3.1.4 beta 4 no longer exhibits the symptoms 
described.

This should be fixed in the current Play Store version, TalkBack v3.2.1.

I am still seeing this problem with the latest Talkback beta on Android 
4.1.1 and 4.2.1.
