[TalkBack] No feedback when changing home screens

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. move to home screen in galaxy s3.
2. the home screen is 1 to 7 page.
3. place 2 finger, and swipe left to right or right to left.
4. move to app page. 
5. place 2 finger, and swipe left to right or right to left.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the page move  successfully, but  there is no speech feedback.
like page 1/page4.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
samsung galaxy s3
android 4.1 jellybean.
talkback beta6
Please provide any additional information below.
this bug is  only present in jellybean, not  in ics.
in ics,  talkback  is  speaking moving page correctly

Are you still seeing this with TalkBack v3.2.1?

If so, I suspect this may be an issue with Samsung's implementation of the home 
screen.

talkback beta (v3.3.0_b2_r87) and android 4.1.2
