[Brailleback] Patch to add support for Baum VarioConnect 40

Hi,

the attached patch will add support for the Baum VarioConnect 40 display.
Braille input including chords work, however, chords are not listed in the 
braille input help. I don't understnad, hwy that is.

Hi,

thanks for the patch.

As for chord commands shoring up, did you try scrolling down the list view to 
see all commands?
