talkback hang in webviews in galaxy s3 #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. disable mobile/wefi connection (internet )

2. open the samsung brouzer
3. move to ok button and double tap them.
4. move your finger around the  top of the screen
and try to read it(address feelled/bookmark/new window)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
talkback is totaly unresponsive and 
does't read any thing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
samsung galaxy s3(android4.1.2) talkback vv3.3.0_b2_r87

Please provide any additional information below.
talkback also hang sumtimes in webview  for reading web content
