Improving build

Mostly cosmetic changes:

• Adding a package task, to start building the project package;
• Adding some debugging options to the test, with the help of ipdb;
• Adding yanc to color test output and tracebacks;
• Adding xtraceback to have a more verbose traceback (easier-to-understand exceptions);
• Coloring sections (fabric tasks)

So, I'm setting up travis-ci for the project, but I'll need you to enable it for travis-ci and Coveralls, for the main repository (yours), could you help me with this? Here are the docs: http://docs.travis-ci.com/user/getting-started/ https://coveralls.io/docs

Here's my branch which has some badges to those services (take a look at the README below the source files): https://github.com/diogobaeder/up-headliner/tree/travis and here's an example of the build running successfully at travis-ci (this one is running for my repo, but we need to set up for upstream, which is yours): https://travis-ci.org/diogobaeder/up-headliner/builds/24212005

As soon as you set it up I'll change the badges to point to the main repo.
