add framework support for OS X #10

Appears much easier to compile with cmake build system. Needed for building bundles of Synnefo and can be used for ICC Examin as well.

framework support is on the way. The settings are installed inside Oyranos mo files are installed inside OyranosCore OyranosConfig.cmake contains many new vars to help properly building app bundles.

Still missed is the propagation of module dependencies.

module deps are added too, looks good Synnefo. Will wait for ICC Examin before closing this item.
