Split gamma ramp code for VCGT setup and rendering

Both paths should share most of the same code paths.

• VCGT setup is located initially in the oyranos-monitor tool.
• oyMonitorHooks2_s::setupCalibration() should be able to handle effect injection in VCGT on a per platform base.
• oydi filter shall include the monitor white point effect according to the calibration state
• oicc or oydi shall exclude the linear effect profile according to calibration state

• oyMonitorHooks2_s::setupCalibration() would become in need to link to liboyranos. Better is therefore the disp filter.
  • part of the return status can be cleared, as it shall not look into Oyranos.
