Man pages -> Html look not perfect. Markdown has limitations. A HTML page export can help with better formatting.

options choices in a table
- good format even with non monospace fonts
link to SEE ALSO man/html pages for standalone and github source docu
TOC support for bigger docu
syntax for inline formatting (b,i,u, links)
- the markdown, help and man outputs should be updated

tables, SEE ALSO link and TOC are all implemented an can be seen in the online md man pages
