Definitions of API annotations missing in source #152

Its seems that you've added the PublicAPI as such attributes, to the API, but the definitions of Resharper's JetBrains.Annotations namespace isn't included in the source, making the builds fails when done manually.

Ok, I see its added as a nuget, but auto-restore isn't enabled on build. Adding a pull-request with auto-restore, and closing this.
