[Brokernode] Jobs freezing up #566

On my test brokers, I have noticed that after awhile, the various jobs that we run will stop running. I have not yet investigated why and am not 100% this is an issue in production. Could be a contributing factor to why uploads randomly stop working at times, although I think SQL backup is still playing a role when this happens in prod.

I made some dummy job that just prints a timestamp every 500 milliseconds and disabled all the other jobs. Gonna let it run for a long time and see if it every hangs up. Trying to discern whether there is something wrong on our end, or if there is something wrong with the buffalo worker.

Will also look into seeing if we have any memory leaks.
