Frequency import from STRider #1

Would it be possible to include the STRider Import for allele frequencies as present in the main EuroForMix package into EFMrep as well?

I don't aim to make any solution for this now, but I can add this to the TODO-list. For now I recommend you to export the STRider frequencies using EuroForMix as separate files (and use as input for EFMrep).

I hope that the flexibility of EFMrep is integrated as part of EuroForMix some day.
