Added redshift to the list

@jerzybrzoska thanks for the PR. Redshift is very nice. I used in on my laptop. However, it does not fit in this list, since it is an application. This lists attempts to collect libraries and tools for developer, not applications.

Apologies. I was not aware that apps are excluded from the list.
