Increase recent call history not working #180

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When trying  to change recent call history to 200 or another value,it remains 
100(default)
2.Swipe to delete not working
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Iphone4  IOS 4.3.3

Please provide any additional information below.
