What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Selecting de contacts from CONTACTS separator, pick de menu area for Prefix
Dial, select the number to call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the call started with the prefix, and instead the submenu where I
select the number to be called just disappear... and nothing happend (I have
Favorites and Contacts enabled on Specified Interface on Prefix Dial Settings).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.3 beta3, on iPhone 3GS iOS 4.3.3

Please provide any additional information below.

Feature request:
I am on a corporate plan, and I need to call using prefixes in order to some
rules.
for example,
when calling numbers started for 91 or 93 I have no prefix to select, but when
the phone numbers start for 2 or 92 and 96 I need write a twelve digit prefix
(ex. 999999999p40) so I have the final number to call like this:
999999999,40966555666.
At the same time I need the original number (without the prefix) recorded in
the contact card so I know when this contact call me.

Can you have this feature? Have or not the prefix automatically in order the
length and first digits of a contact number?
