-I expect the prefix to be added only to numbers *without a prefix*.
-Instead, the prefix is added to all numbers from dialpad.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

-would like to see adding of prefix to numbers dialed from keypad that lack a
prefix (in USA that's a 7-digit number).
