add level 2 headings to table of contents #5

First, is it possible to change contents of header_tex to add level 2 headings to table of contents?

I'm guessing that this change would be made in header_tex file.

is there an easy way to turn this on/off? I might want level 2 headings in TOC for some lectures but not in others
