Dependabot can't resolve your Ruby dependency files #10

Dependabot can't resolve your Ruby dependency files.

As a result, Dependabot couldn't update your dependencies.

The error Dependabot encountered was:

It looks like this morning's Rubygems incident may have recurred, resulting in this issue. We're monitoring the situation and will try to help the Rubygems folks out as best we can. In the meantime we have again disabled issue creation for Ruby resolvability errors (so you won't be spammed by issues from Dependabot).
