Description: Implement the logic to handle vote requests received by a node.

Tasks:

[x] Add a method to the Node class to process vote requests.
[x] Check the validity of the request (term, log consistency, etc.).
[x] Respond with a vote based on the request validity and the node's own state.
[ ] Write tests to verify the correctness of the vote handling.
