Whan i update all kext (whatevergreen + smc ) and other the screen get off after boot but the system is working and give sound but the screen like have no power not brightness issue.. this issue face me with many model of dell laptop what is the bug and fix please !

  1. there is no bug. there are incompatibilities.
  2. Nobody fixes anything here. here just a config (setting), not kext programmers.

since you understand the problem - so don't touch whatevergreen.kext once it works, Why are you creating problems for yourself? an adequate person will do as I wrote. or send log-report to the creators of the driver, and not to a person who has nothing to do with it.

in my case also brightness on BigSur stops working, or more precisely it works, but just starts 5 minutes after loading. but I just do not touch this kext .. what could be more elementary? this is a simple backlight driver, and not, for example, a superimportant cpu one, from which your performance will suddenly magically increase by a 10 times ... oh my god, I can't stop wondering how much sick people are, with useless updates ..
