I've tried VidCutter 6.0.0 (Flathub) under Debian. It launches Ok. It loads videos Ok. However, when browsing backward frame-by-frame using the arrow keys, VidCutter seem to be stuck at a keyframe and won't go to the previous frame. The only way is to click on the timeline or use the mouse wheel.
I work on MPEG-TS files, and they may perhaps not be 100% valid. I notice that when playing them, their sound is out of sync for a few seconds, but play well afterward using mplayer and VLC. Since I always record some buffer, I don't care for their first frames anyway.
