Edit time of existing clip? #361

I want to change end time of existing clip NOT delete and create a new one. How can I do it?

Not just end time, start time, too. It needs to allow jumping to start and end of a clip (as mentioned in issue #62) to make it easy to go forward or backward from there and then set a new start/end, replacing the previous one. Without this basic functionality, this program is of limited usefulness.
